Membership
Article 6 sets out membership requirements, including:
- Be an Iraqi national or a resident of Iraq.
- Be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- Accept the bylaws in writing and complete the membership application.
- Meet the conduct and conviction-related eligibility requirements in Article 6.
