Nakhla Plaza.

Nakhla Plaza is a proposed mixed-use project in Ramadi, Anbar, bringing together arts and culture, hospitality, retail and leisure in one destination.

The feasibility study describes an art exhibition building, a hotel, commercial and office space, restaurants, cafés and open areas. Hamdi Imad Hamdi is leading the project’s development.

The cultural component makes room for art alongside everyday activity, connecting the visitor experience with local cultural life.
